In Los Angeles County, November sales plunged 27.6% MoM and 5.4% yearly.
The median home price increased 0.6% yearly to ~$943K.
Prices slipped 1.9% MoM, easing seller control.
Inventory expanded to 3.8 months from 3.5 months yearly.
Homes spent a median 33 days on market, up from 26 days yearly.
